SmartBoard Project
For this project, I worked with a partner to create a SmartBoard activity to aid in teaching a lesson on mathematics. We named our SmartBoard lesson Greater Than, Less Than, Safari Training. This activity was made for second grade. In this activity, students have the opportunity to learn and practice the mathematics skill of identifying greater than, less than, and equal to in a fun and interactive activity. In our SmartBoard activity, we used erase to reveal, drag to reveal, screen shades, and activity builders to make our lesson engaging and fun for the students. During this project, we also had the opportunity to present to the class some of our favorite slides from our SmartBoard Projects and we got to see other groups SmartBoard projects. Getting to see everyone's SmartBoard projects provided me with a lot of inspiration for the next time I teach a lesson using the SmartBoard.
